Tricia's Bio

Tricia Streit Perez, MS, Clinical Herbalist, Wellness Specialist, and Educator

Tricia is the Director at Traditions School of Herbal Studies, where she teaches classes on Anatomy, Thyroid Wellness, Perimenopause, the Business of Herbalism, and more. With certifications in both Western and Chinese Herbalism, Flower Essences, Wellness Coaching, and Prenatal/Postpartum Fitness, she blends modern science with traditional healing to empower her students and clients.

A former Sports Medicine professional and university professor, Tricia brings over 25 years of experience in health and education. After overcoming autoimmune illness through lifestyle changes and herbal medicine, she founded Mama’s Essentials, her line of small-batch organic herbal products, and now offers Herbal and Wellness Coaching in her private practice.

Her mission is to help others know and love their bodies, and to make sustainable, lifelong changes that support vibrant health.
