With certifications in both Western and Chinese Herbalism, Flower Essences, Wellness Coaching, and Prenatal/Postpartum Fitness, she blends modern science with traditional healing to empower her students and clients.

A former Sports Medicine professional and university professor, Tricia brings over 25 years of experience in health and education. After overcoming autoimmune illness through lifestyle changes and herbal medicine, she founded Mama’s Essentials, her line of small-batch organic herbal products, and now offers Herbal and Wellness Coaching in her private practice.
