In this free class, we will explore Ayurveda, one of the world's first comprehensive medical systems and a living practice that connects the rhythms of the body, mind, spirit and nature. In this introductory workshop, we’ll explore the origins of Ayurveda, the five elements or Mahabhutas, and the doshic system so you can begin recognizing patterns within yourself and daily life that support balance and vitality. Whether you are new to Ayurveda or have dabbled in dosha, this class will give you a whole new lens through which to view the world with greater understanding, compassion and clarity about our unique constitutional nature as humans.
