Description

A strong immune system isn’t built overnight—it’s cultivated through nourishment, rest, and deep alignment with nature. In this final class, we’ll look at how Ayurveda supports long-term immunity through the concept of ojas, the essence of vitality and resilience. We’ll explore immune-supportive herbs like Amalaki, Guduchi, & Punarnava and traditional formulas like Chavanaprash.  We’ll also look at the role of digestion, stress, and sleep in immune health. You'll learn how to strengthen your system from the inside out, using rituals and herbs that honor both prevention and nourishment. This class offers a grounded, proactive approach to immune support—not just for cold and flu season, but as a way of living in deeper harmony with your own body and the world around you.  We’ll be making medicine together in class-bring your 4oz jar along to take home your herbal goodies!
