Womb Connection through Rituals and Community - Friday, May 23 @ 6 pm Delve into the sacred significance of the womb and its role in self-discovery, healing, and ancestral connection. Participants will discuss the link between womb healing and Earth healing, emphasizing the nurturing of feminine energy for sustainability. A key focus will be honoring menstrual cycles as sacred and sharing rituals for community support. The workshop will culminate in a Red Tent Ceremony, offering a safe space for women to share and uplift each other. By the end, participants will gain insights into their wombs and ancestral histories, fostering personal and collective healing while reclaiming their power and connecting with themselves, each other, and the Earth. Make Your Own Medicine - Creating Massage Oil & Womb Beads - Friday, June 6 @ 6 pm Nurture your womb healing journey by crafting your own breast or womb massage oil, along with a personalized set of womb beads. Breast oil can improve skin appearance, promote lactation, and aid in lump detection, while womb oil enhances connection to the womb and potentially relieves cramps. Attendees will also make womb beads, a traditional African accessory made of colorful beads that may include decorative stones and charms. These creations serve as meaningful tools for personal empowerment and healing. ABOUT SALUA RIVERO Salua is an herbalist, ceremonialist, and menstrual health educator with a degree in Environmental Studies focused on ethnobotany from New College of Florida. Previously, she worked at a plant nursery in the Tampa Bay area and has spent years gardening, farming, and landscaping. Passionate about nature, she enjoys camping, hiking, and gardening. Salua is dedicated to building connections with the Earth and its cycles, ancestral healing, and incorporating ceremony into daily life. She hosts red tent and women's circles, educational workshops on herbs and womb healing, and facilitates connections with cacao and other plant medicines. Her goal is to encourage a cyclical lifestyle and foster relationships with nature and the body.
