Description

Ready to take control of your thyroid health? Join us for a transformative 3-part workshop series, where you'll receive step-by-step guidance, accountability, and the tools to thrive. Whether you're dealing with Hypothyroid, Hashimoto’s, Hyperthyroid, Graves' disease, or simply want to support your thyroid function, this series is for you.

In this course:

Join us for an engaging class on thyroid health, where we’ll explore how environmental toxins impact thyroid function and provide practical tips for reducing exposure. You’ll learn how thyroid imbalances can affect your skin, hair, and nails, and discover dietary and lifestyle strategies to support your appearance. We’ll also cover the uses, benefits, and potential side effects of herbs that support thyroid health, culminating in a hands-on session where you’ll create a custom herbal formulation to take home. Empower yourself with knowledge and practical tools for holistic thyroid wellness!

Please bring a small jar (approximately 8 ounces) to take home your unique concoction!
