The summer solstice marks the longest day of the year and the official start of summer, symbolizing abundance, growth, and vitality. As a peak in the sun's energy, it has historically been associated with fertility, celebration, and gratitude across many cultures, aligning with agricultural practices and signaling the height of the growing season. Celebrations of the summer solstice emphasize connection to nature, light, and community, making it a significant event in various traditions worldwide. Join Ruthie for a delightful celebration of the Summer Solstice, where you can immerse yourself in the season with a selection of herbs, recipes, and enchanting stories. You’ll have the opportunity to create your own personalized herbal blend and participate in a group blending activity, so don’t forget to bring two 8-ounce jars for your creations!
