Description

Join Tricia for an Herbal Make and Take event where we’ll learn about sleep and how we can improve it! Come out to learn about why sleep is important, what you can do to support your own sleep, and then choose the herbs that best suit you to create your own herbal sleep ritual.

One custom product is included with your class fee, but you may make additional herbal creations for a discounted rate of only $10 each. Grab a friend, prioritize you and this essential component of your health, and then head home to snuggle up for a night of rest. We won’t even judge you if you show up in your jammies!

Please be sure to bring a small jar (~8 oz) to take home your product that you make. You may bring additional jars if you wish to make additional products at a discounted rate.
